Home Learning

Due to the National Lockdown announced on Monday 4th January 2021 Waulud Primary School and Nursery will remain closed to pupils (apart from some vulnerable pupils and children of critical workers) until further notice.

Remote learning was activated from Tuesday 5th January 2021 and will continue each school day. This was available on the school website via each Year Group page but from Monday 18th January, this will be via Google Classroom.

Each day English, Phonics/Reading, Maths, Topic and active/wellbeing work will be set to be completed while school remains closed.

There is an expectation for all children to complete this work, just as they would in school.

The work that children are being set reflects the teaching that would currently be happening in school for the year group and must be completed to ensure consistency across the year group with curriculum coverage.

Work is to be submitted to class teachers by 3pm each day and can be sent through Google Classroom or via the email addresses given on each year group page. Teachers will provide feedback on work received.

If your child has SEND, please contact Mrs Stanbrook, the Inclusion Manager, for further advice on how to support your child: stanbrook@wauludprimary.co.uk

Thank you for your support.
